Position Summary:

We are in search of a versatile and super creative Partner Program Marketing Specialist to add to our growing Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for supporting Partner Implementations and ensuring Partner Success growth at Covered.

Position Responsibilities:

Partner Implementation Responsibilities

  • Serve as a client facing and lead marketing specialist for partner implementations
  • Guide and educate partners on Covered’s best brand marketing practices to ensure seamless, on time Go-Live including: asset placement on partner site, content types, and partner specific collateral
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide deliverables to the partner including copy, content, campaigns and collateral
  • Collaborate with the partner implementations team to set reporting and analytics requirements for implementations with partners
  • Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to test marketing campaigns, including email, text, social ads etc. before launch date
  • Manage standard marketing processes and protocols for different implementation types and channels to ensure brand consistency
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to define specific touchpoint requirements for different implementation types while ensuring brand compliance

Partner Success Responsibilities

  • Work in harmony with the Partner Success team to build and grow business through cross-sell/up-sell, new product roll-out and other go-to-market initiatives
  • Deliver regular reporting on marketing campaign performance and analytics to Partner Success team, including testing and optimization opportunities
  • In collaboration with existing partners, offer a leadership voice on Covered best practices such as copy, brand, and content to help improve opt-in and conversions
  • Work with partners to develop and issue press releases, media alerts, articles, blogs, and videos that can be posted on internal and external websites
  • Promote joint partner participation and branding via social media channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Maintain the standardized partner marketing collateral centrally in the Google Drive

Experience and Education:

Must Haves

  • Bachelors’ degree with an emphasis in Marketing, Business, Communications
  • 3+ years of work experience – with at least 2 years of partner marketing experience in B2B organization
  • Knowledge of partner marketing strategies that create maximum return on marketing investment
  • Possess a passion for working with B2B partners or client facing engagements situations
  • A deep understanding of marketing campaigns including social media and email marketing
  • Experience working in small teams and cross department collaboration
  • Self-directed with the ability to manage priorities and change direction quickly
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Proficient with Google Drive, Slack, Zoom etc.
  • Ability to multitask (after all, Marketing peeps are pros at this)
  • Organized, detail-oriented and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience as an individual contributor and team player
  • Value the importance of representing and protecting our company’s cultural DNA
