We will set up a time with you to discuss the position, learn more about you, and answer any questions you may have about Covered. If the opportunity seems right for the both of us, we will invite you to interview with more members of your prospective team.

Typically, the last step of our interview process is to participate in a cultural interview with teammates outside of your prospective team. During the interview we discuss Covered's virtues, and explore how we would work together to protect our cultural DNA.
