Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Covered, you will work closely with a cross-functional group of designers, developers, and business stakeholders to drive the product vision and roadmap for our core product offerings. You will represent the voice of the customer on an agile full-stack team; you will guide the team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of the product vision, roadmap, and strategy. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify business problems that may be effectively resolved with innovative product solutions. You will work closely with senior leadership on understanding the ‘who’ and ‘why’ of the business problems we are trying to solve and then working with the team to define the ‘how’ and the ‘when’ those problems can be solved.

The Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO, serving as a liaison to the Board of Directors, and the Executive Leadership Team, and managing the executive office operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The Executive Assistant must have the ability to work independently on tasks and projects, from conception to completion, and thrive in a multi-faceted role that requires the ability to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. This role serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and executive leadership team; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts and therefore must be detail-oriented, highly organized, confident, and possess a keen ability to anticipate, organize and find joy and great satisfaction supporting the CEO. The ideal individual exercises keen judgment in a variety of situations, meticulous attention to detail, possess strong written and verbal communication, administrative, analytics, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
